- 1997 - 2006: Established Friends Group Home. A State licensed group homes for girls, ages 8 – 13.
- 1994 - 1997: Provided intensive therapy for prison inmates of CCWF Chowchilla through their VISA program
- 1991 - 1992: Instructor, Pacific College, Fresno, CA. Taught Individual and Group Therapy Process.
- 1987 - Present: Established Foster Friends, a State licensed foster family agency.
